At our firm, we hold dear the memory of our grandparents/parents, John Leon and Virginia Roselani, who have since passed. They were not just our inspirations, but the heart and soul of our organization. Papa, as we affectionately called him, always emphasized that a person's experience and work ethic are more than just words on a piece of paper. His belief was not merely a philosophy but stemmed from his own remarkable journey - starting as a janitor for the state of Hawaii and eventually becoming the Assistant Sergeant of Arms. His unwavering spirit and perseverance continue to inspire us to this day. His belief, and that of Virginia, is the foundation upon which our firm has been built, and we strive to honor their ethos of a relationship-centered approach in everything we do. It is what sets us apart and drives us towards excellence, and we are forever grateful for their enduring impact.
